- Operating System
We support Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Mac OSX 10.10, 10.11, iOS 9, Android 5.0, 5.1, 5.2. Whilst they may work, please note that we do not support virtualised environments such as Citrix.
If your operating system does not meet the requirements, you may need to upgrade it or speak to your IT administrator.

LearnConnect needs JavaScript enabled in your browser so that you can interact with the application and any course content that you might launch.
- Adobe Flash Player
Much of the content that is available in LearnConnect requires the Adobe Flash Player plugin to be installed in your browser. We support version 11 and above, however we recommend that you have the latest version of Flash Player for optimal performance and security.

- Adobe Acrobat Reader
Much of the content that is available in LearnConnect requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader or PDF viewer to be installed on your computer so that you can view it.
Get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Screen Resolution
Our courses and the LearnConnect interface is optimised for screens no smaller than 1024x768 pixels. If you are using a phone or an old monitor you might not be able to view our content or LMS properly.
